Does Meraki Moon accept returns?

Yes we do! Meraki Moon has a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return an item we ask that you please fill out our return form and we will begin processing your return claim as soon as possible. Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged or worn. Meraki Moon will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping at this time. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded on your order.

Non-returnable items:items purchased during our major site-wide sales including: Black Friday & Cyber Monday, All items included under the “Sale” Tab, Returns sent after 14 days of placing your order, Intimates, Swimwear, Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items, including items returned with makeup, smoke, perfume, stains, or deodorant.

Meraki Moon reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

You may exchange any item you wish for a different size or store credit. Our 14-day policy applies to exchanges as well. Items must be returned in original packaging and show no signs of wear or damage.

Do you ship internationally?

With the exception of the EU – Yes! We charge a flat rate of $30 for standard USPS shipping anywhere in the world.

How much does shipping cost?

To keep this as simple as possible for our customers – we charge a flat $7.99 2-day shipping fee to any location in the United States. For large or bulky items we charge a flat $7.99 2-day shipping fee.

If you spend over $100 on Meraki Moon – your shipping is free! (Excluding international shipping). We also offer optional overnight shipping for an additional $24 (on top of the base flat rate).

International shipping fees are a flat rate of $30 for any destination outside of the U.S.

When will my items arrive?

Most orders will arrive in 2-3 business days if you are located in the United States.  Based on past shipments – 97% of shipments arrive within 2 business days. International shipping timelines range anywhere from 6-10 business days.

What are Meraki Points?

Meraki Points are part of our rewards program and are earned for a variety of activities that include signing up for our newsletter, creating an account and more.  You also earn 1 points for every $1 you spend on our site (if you have an active account) — automatically!

The reedemable rate is 20 points for $1 in savings.  When you checkout you will be asked if you want to use your points to lower the cost of your order.  Meraki Points cannot be used in conjunction with most coupons. To learn more visit our rewards page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards in addition to Paypal.  All transactions are secure and encrypted behind our SSL certificate.

How secure is your website? Is my personal information protected?

Absolutely, our secure website is SSL certified by Let’s Encrypt via WPEngine using 256-bit encryption on all transactions. Transactions are processed using either Stripe’s secure network or Paypal’s secure advanced API service.  We have certified our security on all browsers displayed via the “lock” icon to the left of your web address bar in your browser.

Do I receive invoices for my online orders?

Yes – all invoices are emailed to your account e-mail address and can also be accessed by navigating to the My Account link and choosing View Orders from the left hand menu.

What if my points are wrong?

Sometimes this can happen if you purchase in-store and forget to tell us you have an online account.  We can easily adjust your points if there is an error – please describe your situation to us and we’ll do our best to help!
